Sustainable Investment in Production Capacity Expansion in the Jonava District
Project Overview
This project focuses on the expansion of VLI Timber’s production capacity through the development of a new wood processing and drying facility in the Jonava district, Lithuania. The investment is designed to support sustainable industrial growth, improve manufacturing efficiency, and strengthen the company’s long-term competitiveness in the European timber and bioenergy market.
By deploying modern, energy-efficient production technologies, the project contributes to climate-neutral industry goals while creating added value from responsibly sourced raw materials.
Project Objectives
The primary objective of the project is to establish a new production facility equipped with advanced wood processing and drying technology, enabling higher production volumes and improved operational efficiency.
